My Story (or at least, part of it)

My name is Skye. I'm an electronic music artist, sound designer, and music producer from Las Vegas! My journey with music began very early in my life. My mom was a music teacher, and helped foster my love for music from a very young age. I sung in choir, participated in band in school, and participated in theatre productions. It wouldn't be until late 2014 that I downloaded my first DAW and began to make my own tracks, which led me to where I am today! I've learned multiple DAWs in that time including FL Studio, Pro Tools, and Reaper, and have grown my skills from production into mixing, mastering, sound design, and more!

Some of my heaviest musical influences come from a variety of sources. Video games being chief among them. Games like Pokemon, Legend of Zelda, Fire Emblem, Super Mario, Mega Man, Sonic the Hedgehog, the Touhou franchise, and various rhythm game soundtracks.

Other artistic influences include Camellia, Nanahira, RUQOA, Snail's House, DJ Genki, Yunomi, MYLK, tn-shi, P*Light, Synthion, Mameyudoufu, YOASOBI, Kobaryo, EmoCosine, Porter Robinson, Au5, Madeon, Astronaut, Christopher Larkin...the list is practically endless!
